To formalize the rental agreement, you must present a valid ID. Once the contract is signed, you'll be able to use your safety deposit box immediately.
The available payment methods are:
- Cash payments up to €1,000.
- Credit or debit card.
- Bank transfer.
One week before your contract ends, Vault Solution will contact you via email to inform you of the expiration date, allowing you to confirm whether you wish to renew your contract.
Up to two people can be granted access, as long as they are included by the primary holder in the rental contract as authorized users.
At Vault Solution, we use advanced technology and high-security infrastructure. To access the safety deposit box, access control devices perform biometric scans of the holder’s and/or authorized users’ physical features, and official identification documents must be presented and signed. The box can only be opened with the simultaneous use of the client’s key and the key held by a Vault Solution staff member.
You may store any objects, documents, or items of your choice, provided they are legal under current Spanish law. It is strictly prohibited to store chemical or organic substances that produce or may produce bad odours, explosives, or any materials that are harmful or hazardous to health in any form.
Once the contract is formalized, you will receive two copies of the key.
In case of loss, you must contact Vault Solution immediately so we can proceed with replacing the lock on your box. The associated costs will be charged to your account.
